Sans pictures, but our lunch at Slyce was really a good one. Ordered an extra Sicilian salad with greens, pine nuts, prosciutto and dressed with a yummy sweet mustard basil viniagrette because the first was snarfed up tout de suite by the six of us.
Pizzas were #4 (Margherita), #5 (Meat Lovers), #13 (with figs!), and were gobbled up. Napolitan-style but not soggy in the least. Great crust. Cateme then surprised the table with buying ice cream for all of us, sending us home happy.
I've been dining at Slyce since their inception in Wauconda at least 12 years ago, and dare I say they're just hitting their stride, and extremely reasonably-priced as well. I had forgotten how good this place was.
