This is actually my primary focus when I visit especially since I learned he is classically trained in the cuisine. I always figured the BBQ was to please the masses.

Hopefully it will appear as specials as there is some great BBQ closer to home.
I am glad he is successful in his business but I do miss the day when he would come out of the kitchen from time to time at the old restaurant (near State Rd) and be available to chat and talk up his specials.
