I'm a little late posting this, but St. Louis' Schlafly (acraft brewer) is introducing their products in Chicago. The plan is to stagger the introductions, with their Pumpkin Ale being the first brew to land. I'm not a fan of this sort of pumpkin beer in general. I'd wait until the new year to try their Pale Ale and their Kolsch (so good). For some enterprising LTH-er with beverage experience, they are looking for sales talent in Chicago and northern Illinois.

    T. S. Eliot: Ah, but you're not a poet.

There is a family connection between Phyllis & St. Louis brewing company. But she has nothing to do with the brewery.
