This could and should be harder than the others. I would be surprised if anybody but one poster in particular got this one.

On the menu, is the silhouette of the film camera sitting behind the bucket of popcorn any kind of clue?

Nope on J&C. No to Billy Goat. I made sure you couldn't totally see it in the picture...but you did uncover one of the clues.

I wouldn't call the camera behind the popcorn a clue but the free popcorn and fact you can play the lotto games in house are clues.

Notice the pricing on a bottle of Smirnoff? it sure aint in Lincoln Park, Bucktown, Lakeview or Wrigleyville and I'm not sure many people drink that crap anyways over there, or anywhere for that matter. But bottles of high life, bud light, etc...were also just $3 and everyone there (all regulars) were drinking Bud or Miller bottled beer and eating the greasy grub this past Saturday afternoon.

I usually don't guess unless I'm pretty sure I'm right but this time I'll probably be wrong. Could it be Wrong's Tap (formerly Right's Tap) in Beverly?

I thought you would get this one, and you still might, but that's not it either.

stevez- If your thinking of Toons, this isn't it.

Another clue is this place is only mentioned but once or twice when using the search engine much like GTR #157-Phil's Kastle- which was eventually solved.
