    I'm second-guessing myself because I had a savory crepe at the Sofitel not long after the cafe opened and the tableware looks too avant-garde for Pannenkoeken (though similarly I was there right after it opened).

    Well, the new Bucktown Pannenkoeken opened today or very recently, so that might be why the tableware looks different.
