Yes, they have a sandwich/soup counter where you can order and they bring it to your table. Actually, a half sandwich and soup (about 12 choices sandwich, 2 choices soup) @ $7.95 is a nice deal. And whoever wants to do that, fine.
But last time we ordered some sharing dishes for the table as well, such as Caesar salad, roasted vegetables, maybe an antipasto if memory serves. And we divided the cost of that. So we could do that in place of or in addition to...
Bonta is branching out into the full meal/pizzeria type outfit (which can be ordered all day), although I must say that lunches--and those specials I mentioned above--are quite the value and their bread & butter that time of day.
