    In the Strawberry-Rhubarb Meringue Pie I used the Milk Street Kitchen Foolproof Single Crust Pie Dough. Here's the link to the recipe.
    Here's Kimball making it on youtube.

    The pie filling is KAF's. I added the optional cream noted in the recipe.

    I would make it again. I would take perhaps 60 grams of sugar from the filling. And I would aim to let the pie chill in the fridge for several hours prior to cutting and serving.
