Craft Beer & Artisan Cheese Tasting

Sara Hill, Culinary Manager-Cheese Education for the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board (WMMB) will appear at Provenance Logan Square on Monday, June 15th from 7pm-9pm.
Hill currently serves on the board of directors of the American Cheese Society and previously was a director on the board of the Dairy Business Innovation Center in Madison. She will be sampling and sharing stories about Wisconsin's wonderful farmstead and artisan cheeses. Sara will be joined by Jim Javenkoski, Ale-vangelist! for Arcadia Brewing Company (Battle Creek, MI), who will pour samples of delicious British-inspired refermented ales, paired with each featured cheese.
Gaylon Emerzian will present her short film "Living On The Wedge" at 7 PM.
