Altho a car is not necessary in the South Loop for a degree of entertainment/food fulfillment (plenty of outbound CTA in every direction and cabs), IMO it is in Hyde Park (or at least useful if you really want to explore the city) and, depending on the season and location, I've often felt a close affinity to the Flying Dutchman as I searched for a parking space there."The fork with two prongs is in use in northern Europe.
