Last week I stopped at Fresh Farms and one of the things I picked up was some "Gypsy bacon". It had a paprikpa finish to it rather than a hickory flavor like we are used to. I thought it was very good. Apparently in Hungary it is common campfire fare to cube up this type of bacon and cook it over the fire. I think I would quite like a campfire in Hungary.

Now I'm reconsidering being buried. Can I get a tombstone to match? I want an inscribed likeness of myself, sitting on a cloud with wings, eating two-fisted hunks of bacon.

OK PL, now I'm confused--who has the wings? 1. the cloud; 2. you; 3. the bacon...?

I would think that maybe it's the bacon, already an angel of salvation of our mundane life.
