Has anyone tried Brazil's Bob-o-Link coffee? Our coffee roastery, Peter Asher Coffee and Tea, just got a shipment of Brazil's Bob-O-Link coffee in. Fantastic stuff by the way. We are doing a project to help chefs match certain coffees with entrees and deserts, much like wine obviously. We are trying to provide a non alcoholic options that adds to the food experience for restaurants. Coffee is much like wine in how the flavor changes with the area it is grown in and can provide a fantastic complement to the right entrees. I was hoping to get Chicago's Culinary communities opinion on this subject. If you haven't tried it or even heard of it pls contact me or visit our website to see what I am talking about. http://peterashercoffee.com. The photos should give a visual idea of the taste profile.

We are not Chefs so we would love your input and ideas.
