    Hi,

Making an antique recipe over the weekend, I used a full 10-ounce bottle of rose water from Alwadi.

I plan to replace it, though I'd love thoughts on who may be the best source for rose as well as orange water.

    Thank you!

    Regards,

As usual, Fresh Farms has it.

    Hi,

I guess I need to clarify: is there a producer to gravitate toward or one to avoid?

    Steve - Thanks!

ImageZIYAD-brand Orange-Blossum Water by R. Kramer, on Flickr
Whether or not "another" brand, other than ZIYAD
is superior in flavor, shelf-life and/or other unknown characteristics,
    for the small amount required
    in an OTTOLENGHI recipe
    or
    the NYTimes
Sepharic Date + dried Apricot Charroseth Truffle (yummmm!)
I made recently for a Passover Seder,
    I find - inconsequential.

Now- ask me about my favorite "Nam-Pla" (Fish Sauce)
    brand...and that's a whole other story.
    :)

    The Spice House has both
    $3.25 Rose Water 4oz
    $3.91 Orange Flower Water 4oz
The Orange flower water is a product of Lebanon if that is of help.
