Hi- One of the coupon sites that I visit called mashupmom.com has a post about Zaycon foods. Has anybody ever ordered any meat from them? Apparently they are particularly known for their boneless skinless chicken breast, but they also sell ground beef and hickory smoked bacon. The bacon comes in 30 pound packages for $2.99 a pound. This is not organic or certified free range chicken, but it is acquired from local sources, and it is natural, with no added fillers, etc. Take that for what ever you want. They are doing deliveries to Bolingbrook, Joliet, Gurnee, and Schaumburg later this month. The chicken is never frozen, and you must purchase a 40 pound box of it at a time.
Rachel at mashupmom bought a box of this chicken back in November, and said it was way better than generic store bought, and most factory farmed chicken. The prices are really good, but you have to buy 40 pounds of chicken at one time.
Here is a link to their site.
