In Search of Soup

Chef Scott will continue his Heartland 101 cooking classes in 2012! In honor of National Soup Month, warm up with Chef Scott Walton as he demos his favorite soups with mini sandwich dippers (and cocktails) on Wednesday, January 11 at 6:30 p.m. Cost is $45 per person. I won't be able to make it to this one, although I wish I could! But I've been to several of his tasting demos in the past and they are always well worth it. The $45 is all-inclusive, including a 5-course meal with drinks, tax and tip included.
