They are based in Minneapolis and are well disbursed throughout the Midwest but not in Chicago.

Mike G wrote:Yeah, I wind up eating B&G at Bob Evans at least once during the film fest I attend in restaurant-sparse Massillon, Ohio each year, and I'm always amazed that for a place named for sausage, the B&G are kind of bland, not much sausage or pepper flavor. Not terrible, but you could have better at least half the time selecting a diner at random.
That is, if you were in a place which, unlike Massillon, had diners to select.

Cathy2 wrote:A relatively rarely seen franchise is Grandy's, which features Southern food. There used to be two locations in Champaign-Urbana with one within a stones throw of Perkins. Another was just up the road from Lil'Porky's, which created a debate in the car about where to eat. If it was too early for lunch, then going to Grandy's was an easy choice.

IHOP — the International House of Pancakes — is changing its name to IHOb and will now feature burgers, the company said in a tweet that was not posted on April Fool's Day. It remains to be seen whether the change will be permanent or merely a flash in the pan (cake) to promote hamburgers.
"We're flippin' from pancakes, pancakes, pancakes to burgers, burgers, burgers," the company announced on Monday, announcing the shift that it teased by mentioning a looming name change last week.
